The French Riviera on Canvas

Many artists have tried to capture the essence of the French Riviera but not many have succeeded with the vibrancy and emotion of Paul Rafferty’s work. From the colourful parasol crowded beaches of Cannes, to the sunset over the Cap d’Antibes, Paul’s work shows the Cote d’Azur through the eyes of a truly inspirational artist. The influence from 19th and 20th century masters is evident in Rafferty’s work, along with a number of contemporary painters working today.

Paul Rafferty has galleries in the medieval towns of St Paul de Vence and Mougins which are both great backgrounds for his exquisite works. His paintings adorn the walls of many a 5 star hotels and restaurants both on the Riviera and throughout the world as well as being popular with many private clients with luxury villas in the area.

Paul is holding his first solo show this March, the 7th in the prestigious Portland Gallery in London and will presenting many new works inspired by the colours and ambience of the Cote d’Azur.

We at Exclusive Riviera Homes have had the pleasure of proposing many luxury villas which are enhanced by Paul Rafferty’s works and appreciate and share the artist’s passion for the French Riviera.

His collection can be viewed on his website http://paulraffertyart.com so why not take the time browse his works and enjoy sharing in the French Riviera dream!
